The Urban Refugee Project (URP) is dedicated to providing financial assistance and mental healthcare to urban asylum-seekers and refugees. The project aims to support individuals facing challenges in accessing basic services and navigating their uncertain legal status. In addition to financial aid, URP offers critical mental health support to help refugees cope with the stresses and trauma of displacement. This initiative is implemented in collaboration with a range of partner agencies, including Asylum Access Thailand, Bangkok Refugee Center, HOST International, Tzu Chi, and UNHCR, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to addressing the needs of urban refugees. Through this collaboration, URP strives to improve the well-being and resilience of those seeking refuge in urban areas.
